In the last 24 hours, 69,544 cases of corona infection have been found in the country. A day before this, 67,597 new cases of infection were reported on Monday. In comparison, there has been a slight increase in cases on Tuesday. During this, 1.72 lakh patients were cured and 1,215 corona-infected people died. 2. Maharashtra: Decrease in new cases by more than 3,00

In Maharashtra, 6,107 new cases of corona have been found in the last 24 hours. During this 57 people died and 16,035 people were cured. A day before this, there were 6,436 new cases of corona on Monday. During this, 24 people died and 18,423 patients were cured.

A total of 78.16 lakh people have been infected here since the beginning of the epidemic. Of these, 75.73 lakh people have been cured, while 1.43 lakh people have died. The positivity rate is 5.37%, a day before the positivity rate was 6.42%.

3. Madhya Pradesh: New cases decreased and 2 died

5. Uttar Pradesh: Decline in both new cases and deaths

There were 1,921 new corona cases in the last 24 hours. 5,453 people were cured and 13 people died. Earlier on Monday, 2,403 new corona cases had come. 3,822 people were cured and 12 people died.

So far 20.48 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 20.02 lakh people have been cured, while 23,343 people have died. 23,180 patients are currently undergoing treatment in the state. The positivity rate here is 1.16%.

6. Rajasthan: New cases halved compared to the previous day

In the last 24 hours, 3,479 cases were reported in Rajasthan and 7,354 people were cured. During this 16 people died. A day before this, i.e. on Monday, 2,298 cases were reported and 7,299 people were cured. During this 12 people died.

So far, more than 12.50 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 12.04 lakh people have been cured, while 9,407 people died. 37,278 patients are currently undergoing treatment. The positivity rate is close to 6.98%.

7. Delhi: Continuous decline in new cases

On Monday, 1,114 new corona cases were reported in Delhi and 12 people died. 2,079 people have been cured. A day before this, on Sunday, 1,151 new corona cases were reported and 15 people died. 2,120 people were cured.

So far, more than 18.46 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 18.13 lakh have been cured, while 26,010 died. On January 15, the positivity rate in Delhi was 30%, which has come down continuously to below 3%.

8. Punjab: 10,351 active cases in the state

In Punjab, 489 new infections have been found on the last day and 26 people have died. 1,762 people have also recovered from the infection. A day before this, 634 new infections were found on Sunday and 33 people died. 1,601 people have also recovered from the infection.

So far 7.53 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.28 lakh people have been cured, while 17,495 people have died. The total active cases are 7,451. The positivity rate in the state is 1.99%.
