राज्य के स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र में कोरोनोवायरस से संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या कोविद -19 संक्रमण के 60 नए सकारात्मक मामलों के साथ बुधवार दोपहर तक 1078 हो गई। महाराष्ट्र एकमात्र भारतीय राज्य है जिसने Sars-CoV-2 संक्रमण के एक हजार से अधिक मामले दर्ज किए हैं, जो 5194 की राष्ट्रीय रैली के एक-पांचवें के करीब है।
मुंबई महानगर से 60 नए मामलों में से 44 के साथ घातक संक्रामक के लिए एक आकर्षण का केंद्र बना हुआ है, पुणे ने बुधवार को नागपुर से चार और बाद में अहमदनगर, अकोला और बुलढाणा में से नौ नए मामलों की सूचना दी, राज्य के अधिकारियों ने कहा विभाग।
राज्य ने मंगलवार को एक दिन के लिए सकारात्मक कोरोनावायरस मामलों में अपनी सबसे बड़ी वृद्धि दर्ज की, जिसमें 150 नए मामले हजार-निशान से पिछले संक्रमण की संख्या ले रहे थे। मुंबई 116 नए मामलों के साथ एक बार फिर से शीर्ष पर था। राज्य में कल इस बीमारी के कारण 12 लोगों की मौत हो गई, राज्य में वायरल बीमारी के फैलने के बाद से हताहतों की कुल संख्या 64 हो गई।
राज्य को 14-दिवसीय राष्ट्रव्यापी तालाबंदी के 14 अप्रैल को समाप्त होने के बाद आगे की राह की घोषणा करना बाकी है, हालांकि, मुख्यमंत्री ने संकेत दिए हैं कि संक्रमण वाले क्षेत्रों और अन्य क्षेत्रों में प्रतिबंध जारी रहेगा।
राज्य सरकार ने यह भी कहा है कि वह शहरी क्षेत्रों में आक्रामक परीक्षण और अधिक नियंत्रण क्षेत्रों को जोड़ने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगी।
महाराष्ट्र उन राज्यों में से एक है जिसने केंद्र से अनुरोध किया है कि यदि संक्रमण को समय से पहले उठा लिया जाए तो उसे संक्रमण की आशंका है। केंद्र सरकार ने हाल ही में आईसीएमआर अनुसंधान डेटा का हवाला देते हुए लॉकडाउन और सामाजिक गड़बड़ी जैसे उपायों के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला था, यह कहने के लिए कि यह एक संक्रमित व्यक्ति के संभावित 2.56 नए संक्रमणों से सिर्फ 2.5 व्यक्तियों में फैलने की संभावना को कम करता है।
