Coronavirus Updates: Corona picks up speed again! More than 5 thousand cases in 24 hours, active cases reduced

Coronavirus Cases in India have again gained momentum in the country. A day later, there has been a big jump in the cases of Corona (Covid-19). The Health Ministry said that 5,108 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the last 24 hours. Whereas yesterday i.e. on September 13, 4,369 cases were reported.

However, it is a matter of relief that the number of active patients of Corona is continuously decreasing. In the last 24 hours, 5,675 people have won the battle against Corona. Active cases have come down to 45,749 now. During this, 19 people have also died due to corona. Kerala has the highest number of 12 deaths.

 

So far, a total of 4 crores 45 lakh 10 thousand 57 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country. The death toll has reached 5 lakh 28 thousand 216. So far 4 crores 39 lakh 36 thousand 92 people have recovered from the epidemic. Corona's daily positivity rate is 1.44 percent. The weekly positivity rate is 1.70 percent. The same, active cases are 0.1 percent while the recovery rate is 98.71 percent.

 

Corona vaccination continues in the country

 

Along with this, the vaccination campaign regarding corona is going on in the country. So far, more than 215.67 crore doses of corona vaccine have been administered in the country. The first dose has been given to more than 102.50 crore people. More than 94.50 crore second doses have been administered. Apart from this, precaution doses have been given to more than 18.50 crore people. In the last 24 hours, 19 lakh 25 thousand 881 vaccines of Corona have been given.
