Coronavirus Updates: Less than 18 thousand active cases of corona in the country, 1326 new cases in 24 hours

Corona cases have decreased once again in the country. The Health Ministry said that in the last 24 hours, a total of 1,326 new cases of corona infection have been reported. During this 8 people died. Of these, five patients have died in Kerala.

 

Earlier, yesterday i.e. on October 30, 1,604 cases of the corona were registered in the country, while on October 29, 1,574 were found infected. Let us inform you that a total of 4 crores 46 lakh 53 thousand 592 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country. At the same time, 4 crores 41 lakh 6 thousand 656 patients have been cured. Apart from this, 5 lakh 29 thousand 24 people have also died.

Less than 18 thousand active cases

The ministry said that in the last 24 hours, 1,723 people have also been cured of the corona. The number of active patients in the country has come down to less than 18 thousand. The number of active patients in the country at present is 17,912. Active cases have decreased by 405 in 24 hours.

 

Active Cases - 0.04%

Recovery rate - 98.78 percent

Daily positivity rate - 1.59%

Weekly positivity rate - 1.08 percent

 

25,433 vaccines administered in a day

Meanwhile, 25,433 doses of corona vaccine have been administered in a day. So far, a total of more than 219.63 crore doses have been administered. Precaution doses have also been applied to about 22 crore people.
