Coronavirus Updates: Corona cases reduced in 24 hours in the country, 1574 new cases were found; 9 people died

After Diwali, there is an increase in corona cases in the country. However, today there has been a decrease in corona cases in the country as compared to the previous day. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 1,574 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours. A day earlier, 2,208 new cases of corona infection were reported in the country.

 

1,574 new cases of Covid-19 found in 24 hours

According to the Union Health Ministry, 1,574 new cases of Covid-19 have been found in the country in the last 24 hours. Apart from this, 4 patients have died in the country. The active cases in the country have now come down to 18,802. So far 4 crores 46 lakh 50 thousand 662 cases of Kovid-19 have been reported in India.

 

9 people died of corona in one day

According to the data released till 8 am on Saturday, a decrease of 596 cases of the corona has been registered in the last 24 hours as compared to the day before. Apart from this, 9 people died within a day. Five people have died in Kerala, while Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, and Maharashtra have one death each. With this, the death toll in the country has increased to 5 lakh 29 thousand 8.

 

The improved daily positivity rate

According to the Health Ministry, the daily positivity rate in the country is 0.95 percent and the weekly positivity rate is 1.11 percent. At the same time, the number of people recovering from corona in the country has increased to 4 crores 41 lakh 2 thousand 852. While the death rate in the country has been recorded at 1.18 percent. According to the Union Health Ministry, 219.62 crore doses have been given so far under the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in the country.
