After the third wave of the coronavirus, the situation is now under control. All the states have also started gradually removing the restrictions imposed regarding Corona. Now information has been given by the Ministry of Health regarding the current situation of Corona. It was said that cases of corona are still increasing in many countries of the world, 56.42 percent of new cases are being reported in 10 countries. However, continuous relief from Corona continues in India.

Vaccination reduced the effect of the third wave

It was told by the Ministry of Health that, more than 15 lakh new cases are still being reported daily in the world. It is necessary to exercise caution. We have significantly reduced the effect of corona in the third wave by rapid vaccination. In the second wave, the coverage of the first dose of the vaccine was about 10 percent, while when the third wave came, more than 90 percent of the people had been given the first vaccine. Our efforts on vaccination should continue like this. Prevention from Corona is still necessary.

Much relief in the third wave as compared to the second wave

The spread of the second wave of Corona was 117 days, while in the third wave it was only 42 days. Talking about corona deaths, there were 2 lakh 52 thousand deaths in the second wave, while in the third wave around 27 thousand people died. It was told by the ministry that there is a rapid decline in corona cases. On average, 11000 corona cases are being registered in a week in India. Talking about corona cases around the world, there are only 0.7% cases in India.

Health Ministry's Joint Secretary Luv Agarwal said that now the number of active cases in the country has come down to 77,152. In the last 24 hours, 6,561 cases have been registered. There is only one state among the states, where more than 10,000 cases of corona are coming. The number of cases in the state with 5,000-10,000 cases is 2 and the rest of the states are getting less than 5,000 cases, with the number of active cases coming down in Kerala.

Guidelines for states regarding corona

In this press conference on behalf of the Ministry of Health, it was told that guidelines have been issued to the states regarding corona. In which it has been said to pay attention to those places where more cases are coming to the fore. It has also been asked to be strict there. It has to be constantly monitored that where there are many cases, what are the facilities of the hospital in that province. It has been told in the guideline that, if everything is found to be fine, then all kinds of events can be organized, shopping complexes can be opened, offline classes can be started. Similarly, everything else can also be opened.
