Covid-19: Corona increased tension, number of active patients crossed 1.45 lakh, more than 20 thousand new cases

The increase in the number of active corona patients in the country has once again raised the concerns of the people. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health on Wednesday (July 20), the number of active patients in the country has increased to 1,45,654, which is 2000 more than yesterday. At the same time, 20,557 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours and 18,517 people have also recovered. During this, 40 patients also lost their lives. A total of 5,25,825 people have died since the beginning of the pandemic.

 

585 new cases of corona in the last 24 hours in Delhi

 

In the last 24 hours, 585 new cases of corona have been reported in Delhi and two people have died. At the same time, the number of active patients in Delhi is 2040. The infection rate has been recorded at 4.65 percent. According to the Health Bulletin, 1355 patients are in home isolation. 100 corona patients are admitted to Delhi hospitals.

In Maharashtra, 2,279 cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours and six people have died. The health department said that of the six dead, three occurred in Mumbai circle (two of them in Mumbai city limits) and one each in Pune, Akola, and Kolhapur circles. Maharashtra's positivity is 5.57 percent.
