'Covid-19 victims should avoid working too much', Mansukh Mandaviya made a special request amid increasing cases of heart attack.

Heart attack cases are continuously increasing in the country. In such a situation, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has said that people who have suffered from severe COVID-19 infection should avoid doing hard work or strenuous exercise for some time.

 

Special request to Covid victims

The Union Health Minister has cited research by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Mansukh Mandaviya said, "ICMR has conducted a detailed study and found that people who are suffering from severe COVID-19 infection should not do hard work for some time. They should avoid exercise and gym for a year or two." "Should take a break."

 

Cases are continuously increasing in Gujarat

The series of deaths due to heart attacks is not stopping in Gujarat. Young and middle-aged people are dying of heart attacks across the state. Especially in Saurashtra, the cases of heart attacks are increasing alarmingly, here youth are becoming the main victims of heart attacks. Recently, on October 22, a 17-year-old boy died of a sudden heart attack while playing Garba in Kapadwanj Kheda district.

 

Could not save even after many efforts

Sharing details of the incident with news agency ANI, Dr Ayush Patel said, “A 17-year-old boy named Veer Shah was playing Garba at the Garba ground in Kapadwanj when suddenly he started feeling dizzy and fainted. A team of volunteers was present at the scene, who immediately helped him and performed cardio-respiratory resuscitation."

 

He said, "We checked his vital organs, but could not find a pulse. After some time, the young man stopped responding and his breathing stopped. He was also given cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but to no avail. Later we sent him to the hospital by ambulance, but the doctors there declared him dead."
