Issues such as corona infection, lack of oxygen, and beds were also heard in the Delhi High Court on Friday. Justices Vipin Singhai and Rekha Palli said the government failed. The country is witnessing a huge boom in the transition. It has impacted the entire medical system. Nobody had even imagined that it would attack us in this way.
Senior Advocate wept, said- Advocate will die if oxygen is not found
During the hearing, State Bar Council Chairman and Senior Advocate Ramesh Gupta wept. He told the court that we are getting calls from many infected members of the Bar Council. If they do not find oxygen cylinders, they will die. The High Court said, "We understand your pain. Nobody thought that the coronavirus would cause such bad days. '
Advocate Ramesh Gupta requested the court to arrange for a hospital for the members of the Bar Council. It should also have the facility of ICU beds. He said that the situation is very bad. People are dying without a vaccine, lack of oxygen, and other medical facilities. Gupta said that we do not want to get into these things whether it is the fault of the Center or the Delhi government. Do we just want to ask why the army of the country cannot be included in this?
The company said - we have no money to buy oxygen
Oxygen company Seth Air said in the High Court that they did not have the money to buy oxygen. The company said that Linde Company has increased the oxygen rates, but Seth Air is supplying oxygen at the old rate itself. On this, the court said that if this is happening then it is a big problem. The Delhi High Court asked Rajasekhar Rao, who became an amicus curiae, in this case, to contact the Linde company and try to understand the matter.
The Delhi High Court suggested forming a WhatsApp group to solve the problem of oxygen supply. The court said that by forming a group, add oxygen suppliers and hospitals to it. This will ensure accountability and bring transparency to the work.
