Significantly, the preliminary investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has revealed that the Delhi government was conducting political espionage through the Feedback Unit (FBU). The BJP is trying hard to surround the Aam Aadmi Party on this matter.
Earlier, on the request of the CBI, Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena had sent the file to the President recommending the prosecution of Manish Sisodia and 5 others associated with the FBU.
