Delhi Police says that 'no misbehavior of any kind' was meted out to the activists of 'All India Students' Association' who were protesting outside the residence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday.

Regarding Sunday's demonstration, women activists of 'AISA' have alleged that the policemen stationed there were protesting against the Lakhimpur Kheri incident and the new agricultural laws outside the residence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He 'misbehaved and harassed her.
The Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) has stated the incident, alleging that women activists were abused during the demonstration.
This statement has been issued by Kavita Krishnan on behalf of the central committee of the organization, in which it is alleged that the women policemen stationed there misbehaved with the protesting women workers of AISA. The women policemen picked up the clothes of two women activists Shreya K and Neha Tiwari and attacked their private parts.

Rejecting all these allegations, Jaspal Singh, Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police said, "They are making false statements. Nothing like this happened. The kind of allegations that are being made is unfortunate."
Talking to BBC, Jaspal Singh says that there have been continuous demonstrations in Delhi for the last few days and police personnel and officers are doing their work with great responsibility.
Joint commissioner Jaspal Singh said, "Recently there was a demonstration of BJP workers outside Congress President Sonia Gandhi's residence as well. We stopped the protesters 250 meters away and arrested them. Similarly, there were demonstrations in other places as well. happened and the police have shown a responsible attitude."
Jaspal Singh says that prohibitory orders under section 144 are in force in Delhi. He said that usually there are dharnas and demonstrations at Jantar Mantar itself. That much area has been kept free from this prohibition.
