Dengue Case in UP Like the coronavirus, this time too the changed form of dengue is becoming a threat to patients. Every day dengue patients come to the fore in Kanpur, Meerut, Aligarh, Bareilly, Lucknow, Fatehpur, Kannauj, Unnao, Barabanki, Gorakhpur, etc. districts. This new variant of dengue is attacking the patient fraudulently. After recovery, suddenly the platelets of the patient are decreasing. Doctors say that such symptoms have been seen in many patients. The patient has fever for the first two days. The fever subsides on the third day. The patient considers himself healthy. After this suddenly the platelets of the patient starts decreasing.

Dengue damages the kidney and liver

Dengue is also damaging the kidney and liver of the patient. The demand for platelets in blood banks is increasing rapidly these days because of the increasing common fever along with the lack of platelets in dengue cases. There are also some misconceptions about the new version, but doctors suggest that only doctors can identify the need and level of platelets.

More than 9 thousand cases of dengue in UP so far

A total of nine and a half thousand dengue patients have been found in UP since January 2022. To help the patients, a state-level control room has been prepared in the Directorate General of Health. Patients are being helped through two helpline numbers 18001805145 and 104 of the control room. On behalf of Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, strict instructions have been given to the officials that the control room should be operational round the clock and the problems of the patients should be resolved. Separate wards have been made for dengue patients in all medical colleges and hospitals across the state.

Instructions for proper arrangements for medicines, beds, and dengue tests in all hospitals

Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) of all districts and Chief Medical Superintendents (CMS) of hospitals have been directed to make elaborate arrangements for medicines, beds, and dengue testing. If the complaints of patients are received through the control room, then strict action will be taken against the responsible officers. Instructions have been given to set up teams of doctors and personnel in hospitals for treatment. If a dengue patient is found in any area, instructions were given earlier to screen 60 houses in the surrounding area and it has been asked to increase it further. Instructions have been given to conduct door-to-door screening by sending teams to different areas.
