Dengue Case In UP The number of dengue patients is increasing continuously in the state. Seven and a half thousand patients have been exposed since January 2022. Dengue is spreading rapidly in more than 20 districts of UP. Emphasis is being laid on strengthening the system for treatment in government hospitals and medical colleges.

Instructions have been given to make separate wards in the hospital for dengue and swine flu patients.

 

Staff will be deployed outside the emergency room of the hospitals to get the patients admitted properly.

 

On behalf of Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, strict instructions have been given to the officials of the Health Department to arrange medicines in sufficient quantity.

 

The names and mobile numbers of people working in other important posts like doctors, paramedical staff, and chief pharmacists in the hospital will be written on the walls.

 

At the same time, the doctors and staff deployed for the treatment of swine flu patients should be vaccinated. The vaccine has reached hospitals for this and it should be applied to the doctors and personnel deployed for the treatment of patients soon.

 

Such patients who have a fever should be first tested for dengue and then an ELISA test should also be done. Adequate arrangement of wheelchair and stretcher should be made. An Integrated Command Center has been set up at the state level and instructions have been given to the districts to set up control rooms.

A tent trader suffering from dengue succumbed to his injuries on Friday in Bareilly. He was battling a fever for several days. He died during treatment in a private hospital. At the same time, the number of dengue patients in Bareilly has also crossed 200.
