Elon Musk Letter: Musk told the employees - to be present in the office for at least 40 hours every week, otherwise leave the job

Tesla owner Elon Musk's letter to his employees is going viral on social media. In this, he asked the employees to spend at least 40 hours a week working in the office. He said that either the employees should do so or they should leave the company. Musk said via email that people should be present at Tesla offices for at least 40 hours each week. If you don't show up, we'll assume you've resigned.

This letter from Musk is going viral on social media. However, there has been no statement from the company on this. In a leaked mail on social media, it has been said that employees will have to come to Tesla's main office. If an employee works in a distant branch office, then he will not work. The workers working in the factory stay in the office longer than this.

Musk wrote that it is very important for senior employees to show their presence. That's why I spend more and more time in the factory so that people working there can see me working with them. If I hadn't done this, Tesla would have gone bankrupt long ago.

He said that many such companies do not need all these things. Just think about the last time a company produced a unique product. Tesla has introduced such a product in the past and will continue to do so. All this cannot be done by phone alone.
