Fire-Boltt is set to enter the Indian smartphone market with two new handsets, the Boltt Ace 5G and Boltt Evo. The company has confirmed that both smartphones will launch in India on August 25 at 12 PM IST.
The upcoming phones will be introduced under Fire-Boltt's new 'Boltt' smartphone branding. The company has already revealed the designs and color options of both models, while a dedicated microsite has confirmed their launch and availability details.
The Boltt Ace 5G will be positioned as the higher-end model, while the Boltt Evo will sit below it in the lineup. Both smartphones are expected to target Indian consumers looking for affordable devices with modern designs.
Boltt Ace 5G Design and Features
The Boltt Ace 5G features a flat rear panel with a rectangular camera module positioned in the top-left corner. The camera island includes four cutouts, while the Fire-Boltt branding is placed toward the bottom-center of the rear panel.
The smartphone has been shown in a red color option and, as its name suggests, will support 5G connectivity.
The right side of the handset houses the power button and volume controls. At the rear, the phone is confirmed to feature a triple-camera setup with an LED flash.
On the front, the Boltt Ace 5G gets a flat display with relatively thick bezels and a centered hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. Fire-Boltt has also confirmed that the smartphone will measure 9.49mm in thickness.
Boltt Evo Design and Camera Details
The Boltt Evo will have a different rear-camera design compared with the Ace 5G. The handset has been showcased in a light blue color and features a flat rear panel.
Instead of the rectangular camera module found on the Ace 5G, the Boltt Evo gets a square-shaped camera island. It houses a dual rear-camera setup with an LED flash, with the two camera lenses arranged vertically.
The smartphone will also feature a flat-edge middle frame, with the power button and volume controls located on the right side. The Boltt branding is positioned toward the lower section of the rear panel.
