This proposal was witnessed not only by the family but by the entire nation. As Adhila went down on one knee to propose to Noora, his face lit up like a rose. Afterward, Adhila put a ring on Noora's finger. The family celebrated this joyous moment.

Adhila and Noora are known for fighting legal battles over their relationship. When their families learned of their relationship, Noora was placed under house arrest by her family. Adhila then filed a petition against this in the Kerala High Court.
