Forcibly applying colors on Holi is prohibited, and action will be taken if people go out on bikes in groups; Police have issued order

Hyderabad and Cyberabad police have issued a guideline regarding Holi. According to the police notification, there will be a ban on forcibly applying color to any person in Hyderabad city and Cyberabad. According to the order, throwing color or colored water on any unwilling person and vehicles on roads and public places is prohibited.

 

There will also be a ban on the movement of two-wheelers and other vehicles in groups on roads and public places. The police have taken this step so that peace and order is not disturbed and the public does not have to face any kind of inconvenience.

 

This order related to the Holi festival will be applicable in Hyderabad from 6 pm on March 13 to 6 am on March 15 and in Cyberabad from 6 am on March 14 to 6 am on March 15.

 

Security tightened in Indore.

 

On the other hand, security arrangements have been tightened in Indore, Madhya Pradesh in view of Holi. Police and Rapid Action Force (RAF) took out a flag march in Mhow. The local administration appealed to the citizens to follow the security guidelines and report any suspicious activity.

 

Earlier on Wednesday, Noida police conducted a flag march before Holi and Friday prayers. Deputy Commissioner of Police Ram Badan Singh said that action is being taken against unruly elements. Adequate force has been deployed.
