
There has been a demand for a separate state of Nagaland in the form of 'Frontier Nagaland'. Regarding this, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has called the leaders of the Eastern Nagaland People's Organization (ENPO) for a meeting. This meeting will be held in Delhi on December 3.
ENPO secretary W Manawang Konyak said on Monday that he had received a letter from Home Minister Shah inviting him to the meeting. In this meeting, an 11-member team will go to Delhi on behalf of the organization. The team of ENPO attending the proposed meeting in Delhi was led by R. Sapikiyu will do sangtam. Konyak said that we are demanding a separate state as 'Frontier Nagaland' and this issue will be discussed in the meeting.
