The politics between the ruling BJP and AAP has intensified amid a possible conch shell of Gujarat elections today. BJP today again strongly condemned Gujarat AAP chief Gopal Italia for abusing PM Narendra Modi's mother Heera Ba and also targeted AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal. Irani said that by the grace of Kejriwal, the AAP leadership in Gujarat has maliciously targeted the PM's 100-year-old mother. This new low level of Kejriwal is not surprising.
Videos of Gujarat AAP President Gopal Italia abusing Hira Ba are going viral. A new video from Italia went viral on Thursday. In this once again abusive language was used for PM Modi and his mother Heeraben was also abused. However, AAP has claimed that these videos are old. Italia was not in you at that time.
Amid a raging controversy over Italia's controversial video, Union Minister Irani on Friday said, "With the blessings of Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP leadership of Gujarat launched a malicious attack on the PM's 100-year-old mother." This new shoddy level of Kejriwal comes as no surprise. Hira ba's only crime is to give birth to Narendra Modi, so your leaders and workers want to punish and abuse him. Irani had said on Thursday - 'I do not express any displeasure, I do not want to show how angry Gujaratis are, but you know that the public has seen you. For this mistake, your party will be destroyed electorally in Gujarat, and the public will do justice.
abusing a 100-year-old woman is unforgivable
Irani claimed that Italia made these statements on the instructions of Kejriwal. The Union Minister said that the AAP leader from Gujarat has given many such statements, which are an insult to Hindus and women going to the temple. AAP leaders abusing a 100-year-old woman who has nothing to do with politics is unforgivable. Arvind Kejriwal may go to a new low level, but he does not realize the respect with which Gujarat and Gujarati women are seen in our society.
Italia's third video in a week
Within a week, the BJP released Italia's third video on Thursday. Earlier in a video, Gopal had said many controversial things about PM Modi apart from abusing him. After this, in the second video, Italia advised women not to go there, describing the temple and the stories as a den of exploitation.
BJP trying to surround you
BJP is trying to surround you with the help of these videos. In this regard, the National Commission for Women had sent a summons to Italia. Italia was briefly detained by the Delhi Police after an uproar in the commission's office on Wednesday. Italia alleged that she was threatened by the Chairperson of the Women's Commission, Rekha Sharma. He was kept in custody by Delhi Police for two and a half hours. The Women's Commission had summoned the Gujraj AAP chief for saying objectionable words towards PM Modi and Heera Ba. During his production, AAP workers raised slogans outside the commission's office.
Amit Malviya shared the video
Amit Malviya, while sharing the new video of Gopal Italia, wrote, "In Gujarat, AAP chief and Kejriwal's close aide Gopal Italia commit one crime after another and insults women. After addressing women with the word 'C', he has now used abusive language for the PM's elderly mother by insulting temple-goers. In this video, Italia is heard calling his mother a gimmick by speaking the offensive language of PM Modi.
You played the Patidar card
The Aam Aadmi Party, surrounded by a video of its most prominent leader in Gujarat, has played the Patidar card in defense of Italia. AAP leaders say that Italia is in the video, but these videos are from the time when he was not part of the party. Several party leaders have argued that Italia has participated in the Patidar movement and comes from the Patel community, hence the BJP is targeting him.
Anger among Patel community: Kejriwal
On the other hand, AAP chief and Delhi CM Kejriwal strongly criticized the detention of Italia and said that this has caused huge resentment among the Patel community of Gujarat.
