World chocolate day, also known as Internation Chocolate Day happens to be on July 7 every year and was first celebrated in 2009. It is believed to be celebrated as the making of first chocolate in Europe in 1550 while Happy Chocolate Day, a day which comes on February 9, every year, was first introduced in 2008 and is being celebrated as a day during Valentines Week.
With Different Dates, they have different significance and different purpose of celebration. Happy Chocolate Day is known to be introduced in 2008, just to make Valentine's Day, a grand celebration for lovers and was accomadated along with other Valentines Week days like Rose Day (Feb 7), Propose Day (Feb 8), Promise Day (Feb 10), Teddy Day (Feb 11), Hug Day (Feb 12), Kiss Day (Feb 13) and Valentine's Day (Feb 14). Happy Chocolate Day is meant for gifting your partner with chocolates. On the other side, World Chocolate Day is known for eating chocolates guilt free. On World Chocolates Day, Chocolate lovers from around the world grab the bite of different chocolates like Dark Chocolates, Milk Chocolates, White Chocolates, Ruby Chocolates.
Although, Dark Chocolates rule on both dates and is most widely eaten form of chocolate but this is not all. With this change, Companies like Cadbury and Nestle started manufacturing boxed chocolates and made it available globally.
