The Joint Monitoring Group is meeting today to brainstorm ways to deal with this new headache. Let me tell you that since the new Corona strain has been found in Britain, different countries of Europe are banning flights since then. Britain itself has declared a lockdown. Besides, many countries in Europe, including France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, have banned flights to and from the UK. The UK says that this new type has increased cases of infection in the country.

Kejriwal too worried about this

These countries banned travel

 

France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Italy have announced a ban on travel to Britain. France prohibited all travel from the UK for 48 hours since Sunday midnight. The Prime Minister's Office announcement said that people going to Britain would not be affected by it. The German government said it was preventing flights from the UK. The Netherlands has prohibited flights from the UK until at least the end of this year.

 

At the same time, Belgium has announced a stay on UK flights from Sunday midnight to the next 24 hours. At the same time, the movement of UK rail services has also been banned. Meanwhile, Austria and Italy have said that they will ban flights coming from Britain. However, he did not share any information related to the timing of the ban. Italian Foreign Minister Luigi di Mayo said on Twitter that the government is taking the necessary steps to protect the residents of Italy from the new type of Coronavirus. On Sunday, about two dozen flights from Britain are to leave for Italy. At the same time, the Czech Republic has implemented the law of segregation for people coming from Britain.

 

Belgian Prime Minister Alexander de Crew said on Sunday that he was "as a precaution" prohibiting flights from the UK for the next 24 hours from midnight. The governments of the three-member countries of the European Union said they are taking this decision because of the strict steps taken by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson for London and surrounding areas on Saturday. Johnson earlier enforced the strict Category-4 restrictions with immediate effect, saying that a new strain of coronavirus appeared, which spread 70 percent faster than the former virus, and in London and London. In South England, infection can spread rapidly.
