In the case of poor results of UG first year declared by Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), only 144 students have passed in all three faculties after awarding five marks grace marks in Environmental Science (EVS) subject. In the subject of Environmental Science, 4,493 students have passed. There is no significant difference in the pass percentage of all three faculties due to less number of students passing. HPU has released the Revised Exam Result.

In BA's first year, 0.26 percent, 0.80 in B.Com and 0.10 percent students in B.Sc have passed. In the revised result declared after adding grace marks, 81 students have passed in BA, 10 in BSc, and 53 in BCom. These students have passed in EVS subject to get Kripank. Apart from this, there has been no impact on the overall result of students who have already failed in four subjects. This is the reason why there is no significant difference in the pass percentage.
