Wrestlers Protest: Will the movement of wrestlers end soon? The central government took this step

The government has once again invited the wrestlers agitating against former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brij Bhushan Singh for talks. Union Minister Anurag Thakur has given information about this by tweeting. Anurag tweeted that the government wants to hold talks with the wrestlers.

 

Anurag Thakur said, \'The government is ready to discuss their issues with the wrestlers. I have once again invited the wrestlers for talks.

Earlier, protesting wrestlers Sakshi Malik, Bajrang Punia, and Vinesh Phogat returned to their jobs at Northern Railway. After meeting Home Minister Amit Shah, the wrestlers decided to return to their jobs. However, he said that he has not backed down from the movement, but he will not sit on dharna for the time being. Will Delhi Police close the case?

Delhi Police may take a major decision soon in the harrasment assault case against BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. If sources are to be believed, if the Delhi Police does not get any solid evidence from the investigation so far, the police can file a final report in the court anytime regarding the closure of the case. If the Delhi Police closes the case, it will be a relief for the BJP MP, while it will be a setback for the wrestlers.

 

What is the demand for wrestlers?

The protesters are adamant about demanding the arrest of wrestler Brij Bhushan. Delhi Police has registered two FIRs against Brij Bhushan including POCSO Act.
