The first strategy of the industry body PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) is that the central government should implement a lockdown under the guideline in a district where the number of active cases is more than 500. As per the suggestions of PHDCCI, the government should aim to vaccinate at least half of the population in the next 3-4 months.
third strategy
