India Covid Report: Increase in infection rate, new infected and deaths, active cases cross 68 thousand

New cases of corona are increasing continuously in the country. In the last 24 hours, there has been an increase in the infection rate, new infections, and deaths. This is the first time in the last 113 days that more than 13 thousand new cases have been found in the country.

 

According to the data updated by the Union Health Ministry at 8 am on Saturday, 13,216 new infections have been found in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 23 people have died due to the epidemic. Active cases also increased by 5045 to 68,108. The daily infection rate rose to 2.73 percent. On Friday, 12,847 new infections were found in the country and 14 people died.
