A day before this, 12,213 new cases were found on Wednesday.

Recommendation to reduce the gap of precaution dose of corona vaccine

After the increase in cases, the Government Advisory Panel NTAGI on Thursday recommended reducing the gap between precaution doses of corona vaccine to 6 months. At present, this gap is 6 months. This recommendation has been made by the Standing Technical Sub Committee of NTAG.

If the covid tests are doubled, then the patients also got double

More than 12 thousand patients have been found in the country after 110 days on Thursday. The number of new cases has doubled since June 8. During this time the tests have also doubled. That is, with the increase in the number of tests, the number of patients has also increased. Now more than 4 lakh tests are being done daily in the country. A year ago, 20 lakh tests were being conducted every day.

Maharashtra: State with the highest number of new cases

Maharashtra tops the country in terms of new infections. Maharashtra has the highest number of 4,255 infected in the country. There were 3 deaths here on the last day and 2,879 people recovered. The positivity rate has increased to 9.52% in the state.

The number of active cases in the country is also large.

The number of active cases i.e. patients undergoing treatment in the country has increased at the rate of 8%. The important thing is that 37 thousand active cases are only in Maharashtra and Kerala. Active cases in Maharashtra have increased to 19,261. The number of active cases in Kerala has increased to 17,955.

The positivity rate in Kerala is 16.32%

3,419 new cases were found here on the last day and a maximum of 8 deaths in the country have also happened here. A total of 2,156 people have been cured of the corona. A total of 65.89 lakh have been infected in Kerala since the beginning of the pandemic, while a total of 69,853 people have lost their lives.

1,323 new corona cases were found in Delhi in the last 24 hours

In the capital Delhi, 1,323 new corona cases have been registered in the last 24 hours, while 1,016 people have been cured. Here 2 people have died due to corona. There are 3,948 active cases here and the positivity rate has increased to 6.69%.

Cases increasing continuously in Karnataka

Apart from this, 833 cases of corona have been reported in Karnataka in the last 24 hours. The total corona infection cases in the state have gone up to 3,914,343. At the same time, Haryana is in fifth place. 625 new cases have been reported here in the last 24 hours.
