The Indian government said on Monday that Chinese troops have violated the agreed boundary on the border in East Ladakh.

The government has said that the Chinese soldiers, while taking provocative steps, tried to change the status quo on the outskirts but Indian soldiers stopped them.

The statement of the Indian Army has been issued by PIB.

According to this statement, "Indian troops have stopped the provocation of Chinese troops in Pangong Tso Lake." The Indian Army is in favor of restoring peace through dialogue but at the same time is also committed to safeguarding the integrity of its territory. The meeting is going on at the brigade commander level over the entire dispute. ''

According to the Indian Army, the skirmish took place on the night of 29-30 August. The army has said that the Chinese People's Liberation Army, or the PLA, tried to change the status quo at the border but cautious Indian soldiers did not allow this to happen.

China has denied reports of its soldiers crossing the LAC.

According to China's official newspaper Global Times, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has said that China's military strictly follows the Line of Actual Control and that the Chinese military has never crossed this line. The forces of both countries are in touch on this issue.

There is a 3,500-km border between India and China, and the two countries do not agree on the current state of the border. There has also been a war in 1962 in this country.

Earlier, on June 15, there was a violent clash between the soldiers of the two countries in the Galvan Valley of Ladakh and 20 Indian soldiers died in it. Since then, talks between the two countries have been going on, but tensions are still there.

Last week, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar had said that tension with China on the LAC, the Line of Actual Control, is the most serious situation since 1962.

Jaishankar had said, "It is certainly the most serious situation after 1962. Even after 45 years, there have been military casualties in the conflict with China. The deployment of troops from both sides on the border is also unprecedented. ''

The Foreign Minister had said that India has told China that the establishment of peace on the border is possible only on equal relations between the two neighboring countries.

He had said, "If we look at the past three decades, the disputes have been settled through diplomatic dialogue and we are still trying the same."

Earlier, India's Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) and former Army Chief General Bipin Rawat had said that talks with China were going on. He said that if things are not resolved through negotiations, then there is also a military option.

The deployment of troops from eastern Ladakh China is in large numbers. Foreign Minister S Jaishankar also said this in an interview given to Hindustan Times on Sunday. In the last four months, there have been skirmishes between soldiers of India and China in many areas of eastern Ladakh.

Following the violent clash between China and India in the Galvan Valley on June 15, several agreements have been reached to repel the troops. But the Chinese soldiers are still in the area and the Indian government has not said that they will go back completely.

Chinese soldiers are frozen in many areas, especially the Pangong Tso area.

Earlier, China's Defense Ministry had said that India should think about the broader interests of bilateral relations. The Chinese Ministry of Defense had said that there is a need to take some concrete steps so that relations between the two countries can become more normal on the right path.

India says that Chinese soldiers must restore the status quo and retreat from the Indian territories of eastern Ladakh. Last week, Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava said that the situation can be normal only after the withdrawal of the troops.

Opposition parties of the country, especially the Congress, are constantly targeting the central government due to the tension on the Indo-China border. After Monday's clash, Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala tweeted and targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He posted a video and wrote, "India is being attacked on the day. The audacity of occupation on our land, the Chinese intrusion on the land of the country. Modi Ji, but where are the "red eyes"? When will China talk with eyes in the eyes? P.M. Why is silence
