New Delhi, March 2 (IANS) India and Spain held their third round of foreign office consultations here on Monday during which they held talks on issues of bilateral interest and of global and regional importance.
The Indian delegation was led by Navtej Sarna, secretary (west) in the external affairs ministry, while Igancio Ybanez, secretary of state for foreign affairs of Spain, led the Spanish side.
