India USA: 'India-US relations will be decisive for the 21st century', MP said - togetherness is necessary to deal with China

A senior US lawmaker says that for democracy, technological development, and a strong economic system, it is necessary to strengthen the relationship between India and America. He also said that the relationship between the two countries would be important to deal with China as well. Describing India as the world's leading power, senior US Congressman Chuck Schumer stressed the need for the US and India to come together to deal with China's dictatorship.

This team of US lawmakers met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday. Issues such as critical technology, dependence on renewable energy, supply chain, and joint production were discussed in the meeting. Schumer said in a statement that we need countries like India, the world's largest democracy, with whom we can strengthen democracy in Asia and the whole world.

Chuck Schumer said after the meeting with Prime Minister Modi that during the meeting there was talk on strengthening relations between the two countries so that the challenge of China could be dealt with. The relations between the two countries are very important for the strengthening of democracy and the global economy. In addition to Chuck Schumer, the team of US lawmakers includes Ron Wyden, Jack Reed, Maria Cantwell, Amy Klobuchar, Mark Warner, Gary Peters, Catherine Cortez Masto, and Peter Welch. All these MPs belong to the ruling Democratic Party of America.

 

Schumer said that issues like a strategic partnership, climate change, and increasing trade were discussed between India and America to deal with China. Schumer said that cooperation between the two countries in the fields of artificial intelligence, green hydrogen, and modern technological development can benefit India and America in the next century and the 21st century can be ours.
