Indian Railway Local Train News: Local trains started filling the track, platform tickets started getting available

Local trains started running on the track from Tuesday for the convenience of daily commuters when the cases of Corona were reduced. Nine local trains will pass through Ghaziabad. While two trains will operate from Ghaziabad itself. Passengers can buy platform tickets. There is no change in the fare also. The lockdown was imposed to prevent the second wave of Corona. The railways also stopped operating local trains when the lockdown was imposed. Because passengers were not coming in the trains.

 

From Tuesday, local trains were again run as express. The departure time of train number 04335 at GHAZIABAD at GHAZIABAD station is 08:40. The departure time of train 04445 at New Delhi at Ghaziabad station is 19:20. The departure time of train 04447 from GHAZIABAD to New Delhi is 06:43. The departure time of train 04439 at Palwal at Ghaziabad station is 13:25. The departure time of train 04435 at Rewari Junction at GHAZIABAD station is 19:13. This train will go to Meerut via Sahibabad, Naya Ghaziabad, Guldhar, Duhai, Muradnagar, and Modinagar. At the same time, the departure time of this train from Meerut to Ghaziabad station is 07:47.

 

The departure time of train 04441 from GHAZIABAD to New Delhi is 23:00. The departure time of this train from New Delhi to Ghaziabad station is 01:00. The departure time of Panipat train 04471 Ghaziabad station is 17:05. The arrival time of this train from Panipat to Ghaziabad station is 09:20. The departure time of train 04459 from Old Delhi at GHAZIABAD station is 14:20. The departure time of this train from Saharanpur at Ghaziabad station is 08:46. The departure time of train 04444 from New Delhi at GHAZIABAD station is 10:45. The same train will run from Ghaziabad to New Delhi at 16:50.

 

Passengers will be able to take platform tickets

 

Platform tickets can also be taken from the ticket counter. The minimum fare for local trains is Rs 30 as before. Whereas last year before the lockdown, the minimum fare was ten rupees. GRP station in charge Amiram Singh says that the police will be deployed to ensure that the corona rules are followed in the local trains. Entry will be available at the station only after applying the mask. Physical distance will be followed.

 

Very few passengers on the first day

 

On the first day on Tuesday, the number of passengers on local trains was less. Ghaziabad-Shakoorbasti Passenger and Palwal-Ghaziabad Passenger originated from Ghaziabad station. Ticket counters are open at the station. Before the Corona period, 28 local trains operated from Ghaziabad for various cities. More than 50 thousand employed people and businessmen used to travel from the district in local trains.
