'The Song of Scorpions' is a Swiss, French, and Singaporean production film. Iranian actress Golshifteh Farahani will be seen in the lead role in the film alongside Irrfan. At the same time, veteran actress Waheeda Rehman of Hindi cinema will also be seen in an important role.

 

The story of the film is shown in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, which is based on a folk belief. It is believed that a person dies within 24 hours of being stung by a scorpion, but he can be saved by the song of the scorpion. At the center of the story is Nooran, a scorpion singer. He has inherited this skill from his grandmother Zubaida. Irrfan plays the character of a camel trader. Earlier the film was to release in 2021. In this film, apart from Irrfan Khan, Golshifteh Farahani, Waheeda Rehman, and Shashank Arora are also in important roles.
