Riyaz Jabbar and Ghaus Mohammad, who killed Kanhaiyalal in Udaipur, were building sleeper cells for ISIS in 8 districts of Rajasthan. Riyaz had also taken terror training for this in Karachi, Pakistan. When the Bhaskar team talked to the relatives, neighbors, and police officers of the accused, a big conspiracy to spread terror in Rajasthan was exposed.

Riyaz left home 20 years ago. Then he came to Udaipur. Here he was brainwashed by a Maulana sitting in Pakistan. The marriage also took place here. After this, Maulana called Pakistan for training. However, the person has not been revealed yet, who made Riyaz meet the Pakistani Maulana.

After training, Riyaz also joined Ghaus Mohammad with him. Both were making sleeper cells in Udaipur, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Rajsamand, Tonk, Bundi, Banswara, and Jodhpur districts by inciting poor and unemployed youth. It is feared that these sleeper cells were being built for ISIS. Funding was also done for this from Arab countries.

Both the accused murdered Kanhaiya Lal for inciting riots in Udaipur after Karauli, Jodhpur, and Bhilwara.

Dawat-e-Islam's Maulana brainwashed

Riyaz left home 20 years ago and came to Udaipur. Here he became friends with Ghaus Mohammad. The two lived together most of the time. During this time Riyaz came in contact with Dawat-e-Islam, a group operating from Pakistan. This group got her married. Maulana sitting in Pakistan brainwashed Riyaz and called him and Ghaus Mohammad to Pakistan for training.

Training in Karachi with 30 people

In the year 2014, Riyaz and Ghaus Mohammad went to Karachi, Pakistan with 30 people. He was accompanied by Wasim Akhtari and Akhtar Raja of Udaipur. Here he was trained by terrorist organizations. After 45 days of training, both returned to India on 1 February 2014. Both were in contact with Dawat-e-Islami and Tehreek-e-Labbaik, the political party of Pakistan.

Riyaz and Ghaus Mohammed went to Saudi Arabia in 2014 and 2019 and Nepal in 2017-18 for funding. In Saudi Arabia, he was in constant contact with Salman and Abu Ibrahim. Both of them were also associated with the Dawate-e-Islam organization.

'Take revenge, or wear bangles'

With funding from Arab countries, the two first helped the poor and unemployed youth and took them into confidence. The purpose of both was to create a network of sleeper cells in Rajasthan. Riyaz and Ghaus Mohammad connected the youth of Udaipur, Banswara, Jodhpur, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Rajsamand, Tonk, and Bundi districts with many WhatsApp groups.

Posting videos provocative to brainwash the group. Riyaz would incite youth to attack people of other religions. Telling them – to take revenge or wear bangles. Riyaz released the video and incited the history-sheeters and miscreants of Udaipur to attack.

The plan of murder was made after a meeting on June 20

Saudi Arabia's Salman and Abu Ibrahim also asked Riyaz and Ghaus to 'set an example after Nupur Sharma's statement. After this, on June 20, both of them held a meeting with some people in Udaipur and made a plan to kill Kanhaiyalal. The NIA investigation also revealed that both the accused were having continuous conversations on eight to 10 mobile numbers in Pakistan.

self-made weapon to cut the neck

Kanhaiyalal was getting threats to kill him from June 15. Kanhaiyalal's neighborhood shopkeeper and a woman had earlier come to threaten him. The entire team of Riyaz and Gauss was keeping an eye on Kanhaiyalal's every movement. Gaus had made a weapon like Gandase to kill Kanhaiyalal. Riyaz had announced the murder of Kanhaiyalal by making a video. After this, on June 28, Riyaz and Gaus killed Kanhaiyalal within hours of opening the shop. Both also made a video of the murder.

Serial blast planning hatched in Jaipur

Riyaz Attari's strings are also related to the terrorist organization Alsufa. He was working for Alsufa for 5 years in Udaipur and adjoining districts. Earlier he used to work under Mujeeb. He was leading Alsufa in the same area for two and a half months. On March 30, the police recovered 12 kg of explosives from 3 terrorists in Nimbahera, Chittor. Due to this, there was a conspiracy for the serial blast in Jaipur and elsewhere. Tonk resident Mujeeb is lodged in jail in this case. Another terrorist, Ghaus Mohammad, was included in the team by Riyaz a few months ago. Riyaz was in direct contact with IS through mobile, internet calling, and social media, as most of Alsufa's big names are in jail in Nimbahera in connection with the seizure of explosives.
