Dawat-e-Islam's Maulana brainwashed

After 45 days of training, both returned to India on 1 February 2014. Both were in contact with Dawat-e-Islami and Tehreek-e-Labbaik, the political party of Pakistan.
Riyaz and Ghaus Mohammed went to Saudi Arabia in 2014 and 2019 and Nepal in 2017-18 for funding. In Saudi Arabia, he was in constant contact with Salman and Abu Ibrahim. Both of them were also associated with the Dawate-e-Islam organization.

With funding from Arab countries, the two first helped the poor and unemployed youth and took them into confidence. The purpose of both was to create a network of sleeper cells in Rajasthan. Riyaz and Ghaus Mohammad connected the youth of Udaipur, Banswara, Jodhpur, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Rajsamand, Tonk, and Bundi districts with many WhatsApp groups.
