Lakhimpur case accused Ashish Mishra gets bail, know what Rakesh Tikait said

Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra's son Ashish Mishra, accused in the Lakhimrpur violence case, has got bail. The Lucknow High Court on Thursday granted relief to Ashish Mishra. In the first phase of voting in the UP elections, politics has intensified on Ashish's bail. Farmer leader and Bharatiya Kisan Union spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said that he would campaign against the BJP in UP. Talking about getting bail soon in a serious case, he said that if there was a common man, would he have got bail so soon?

 

Rakesh Tikait told TV channel ABP on the phone, "What can you say on the court, bail de di. We have to say that if other people have got bail in such a serious case of 302, it is okay, if they have not got it, then see." Regarding this issue in the election, he said, "Yes our campaign will be like this. Why won't it be What facts have come to the fore so soon, so soon someone else gets bail, in such a case, there are facts to be seen.

 

Tikait said that farmers do not have such big lawyers, they are big men, the government can raise more lawyers with them. So it must have been found, the court runs based on facts, they would have given that kind of argument. Who will defend the farmers? There were probably 32 lawyers with them. These people can stand up to that kind of people. Now let's see what happened in it. There will be information from the people who have gone there. This case will always be ours. It will be of the United Front and the country, the way the murder was done. The farmer is fighting a battle.
