Sidhu Moose Wala Murder Case: Delhi court has allowed Punjab Police to arrest Lawrence Bishnoi. At the same time, on the transit remand, the court has said that the Punjab Police will present the necessary documents in the court, and after that, the petition will be considered. Earlier, Delhi Police today presented gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in Patiala House Court. So at the same time, the arrest of Bishnoi has been ordered after the completion of the arguments in the court on the Punjab Police's transit remand petition. On the other hand, in the court, Delhi Police said that we have not come to know anything special in the case in which we are interrogating, so we need custody. So the Punjab Police also demanded Bishnoi's remand in the court. Punjab Police Advocate General applied for transit remand of Lawrence Bishnoi, Punjab Police mentioned Sidhu Moosewala's murder.

 

Referring to a video on social media, Punjab Police said that Lawrence Bishnoi has claimed responsibility for the murder in this video. Bishnoi had claimed on social media that he had committed the murder. On this, the court asked whether he had accepted? On this, the lawyer said that he has got the murder done along with Goldie Brar.

Punjab Police demanded transit remand stating Bishnoi, Goldie Brar was involved in all serious cases. Punjab Police team of 16 police personnel came to Delhi, which also included senior officers. The lawyer of Punjab Police said in the court that Lawrence Bishnoi has got the murder done. At the same time, Delhi Police has also said the same people who are close to Lawrence and Goldie, are involved in this at different levels. This is organized and planned murder. This murder has been done to avenge the murder of Vikramjit Singh.

 

 

Lawrence Bishnoi's lawyer opposes transit remand

 

At the same time, Bishnoi's lawyer Vishal Chopra opposed the demand of the Punjab Police, calling Bishnoi a threat to his life in Punjab. The lawyer said that if Lawrence is taken to Punjab, then he may also have a fake encounter. Vishal Chopra said in the court that the trial of the MCOCA Court of Delhi is pending, there too he has expressed the fear of danger to his life. Advocate Chopra referred to the stay of the Supreme Court on taking Bishnoi to Punjab. On this, the Punjab Police's lawyer argued in the court that if the custody of Lawrence Bishnoi is given to the Punjab Police, then the Punjab Police will take full responsibility for the security. In which there will be about 50 police personnel of Punjab Police, two bullet proof vehicles, 12 vehicles will run on the way which will clear the route. Videography of all the routes will be done. Punjab Police said that the entire order of the Supreme Court will be followed.
