Three of these are the government. Suspicions have been raised of hackers from Malaysia and Indonesia in the case.

ADG Pandey said that amidst the ongoing communal tension in the country, many cyber hackers together carried out this attack. Many websites have been hacked in the country. The names of hackers from two countries Malaysia and Indonesia are coming out in the case. We are yet to get information about whether this gang is active in India or not.
Thane Police DCP Cyber Cell Sunil Lokhande said that the police website was hacked at around 4 am today. Technical experts have restored the data and website.
