The ministry has also ordered Twitter and YouTube to immediately remove the advertisement of Layers Body Spray Shot from their platforms. The ministry has also started an investigation on the advertisement of Layers Body Spray Shot based on the advertisement code. People say about the Shot Deo of the body spray brand Layer that it promotes rape culture. This advertisement was heavily criticized on social media and people tagged several ministers including Anurag Thakur on Twitter and requested to take cognizance of this video.
What's the controversy over advertising?
