Along with this, the number of active cases, ie patients being treated, is also decreasing. On Friday, 1 lakh 14 thousand 947 active cases were reduced in the country. In the last 19 days, more than 1.5 million active cases have been reduced. On May 9, the maximum number of active cases was 37.41 lakhs. Now, these have come down to about 22.12 lakhs.

There are stringent restrictions like the previous lockdown.
Partial lockdown in 13 states/UTC
There is a partial lockdown in 13 states and union territories of the country. That is, there are restrictions here, but there are also exemptions. These include Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat.

3. Delhi
In Delhi, 1,141 people were found corona positive on Friday. 2,799 people recovered and 139 died. So far, 14.23 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 13.85 lakh people have been cured, while 23,951 patients have died. 14,581 is undergoing treatment here.
4. Rajasthan
On Friday, 2,648 people were found corona infected. 11,177 people recovered and 78 died. So far, 9.33 lakh people have been affected by the infection in the state. Of these, 8.63 lakh people have been cured, while 8,181 patients have died. At present, 62,492 patients are undergoing treatment.
5. Gujarat
On Friday, 2,521 people were found corona positive in the state. 7,965 people recovered and 27 died. So far, 8.03 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 7.50 lakh people have been cured, while 9,761 patients have died. 43,611 people are being treated here.
6. Madhya Pradesh
On Friday, 1,854 people were found corona positive in the state. 5,796 people recovered and 63 died. So far, 7.75 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 7.33 lakh people have been cured, while 7,891 people have died. 34,322 patients are undergoing treatment.
