Maharashtra Politics: Uddhav Thackeray is facing one big setback after the loss of power in Maharashtra. Shiv Sena is slipping from the hands of Uddhav
Shiv Sena seems to be slipping from the hands of Shiv Sena President and former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. In Thane Municipal Corporation, where Shiv Sena has been in power for a long time, 66 out of 67 councilors of Shiv Sena have given a big blow to Uddhav Thackeray by giving their support to CM Eknath Shinde. Now only Nandini Vichare, wife of Thane MP Rajan Vichare, is left in the Thackeray camp.
Not only Thane, but 32 Shiv Sena councilors out of 46 of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation have also joined the Eknath Shinde camp. There is no good news for Uddhav from the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation where Shiv Sena's saffron flag is hoisted. 60 out of 65 councilors have made Uddhav Thackeray Jai Maharashtra. It is noteworthy that Yamini Jadhav, the MLA wife of Yashwant Jadhav, the biggest face of Shiv Sena in BMC, has already given her support to Eknath Shinde.

The biggest challenge for Uddhav Thackeray, who has lost his power in Maharashtra, will be that in the coming days, the power of the four big metropolitan municipalities in which Shiv Sena is currently in power should be preserved. These elections will not be less than an ordeal for Shiv Sena and Uddhav Thackeray.
