Mangal Pandey ji Death of former army men at NMCH gate, fish-pig in hospital, doctors on cart ... such Bihar will stop Corona?

Posted on 15th Apr 2021 06:08 pm by rohit kumar

In Bihar, cases of infection with the coronavirus have reached the verge of touching the figure of 5 thousand in a day. Within the last 24 hours, 4 thousand 786 new positive cases have been recorded. At the same time, 21 people are said to have died in the last 24 hours from Corona. However, it is estimated that the actual figures of infection in Bihar are more than the official number. Many such cases have been reported in which it is clear that for the first time in Bihar, Corona has spread to the villages. The opposition is a constant attacker on the rising figures of infection, but the BJP, the ruling party of the state, has kept the duty of the state Health Minister Mangal Pandey in the West Bengal elections. Throughout the Corona period, the opposition is constantly attacking Mangal Pandey. At the same time, Mangal Pandey is busy in the party's work ignoring these allegations.

Mangal Pandey's NMCH tour in controversies

Mangal Pandey arrived in Bihar to visit the NMCH set up at Corona Hospital. While the state health minister was under observation inside the hospital, at the same time, retired army ambassador Vinod Kumar Singh arrived here to be admitted. It was alleged that the doctors and medical staff were busy in the minister's visit, due to which the treatment of retired army personnel could not start at the right time and he died in an ambulance. On this issue, Mangal Pandey completed his formality with grief.

Tejaswi raised questions on Mangal Pandey's Bengal tour

Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav alleged the incident, 'The Bihar Health Minister visits NMCH for Khanapurti and Khabar Purti after returning from an election tour of Bengal. The hospital administration comes under the charge of the minister. Meanwhile, Corona patients die outside the hospital as they have not been admitted. This is Ram Rajya.

Bed in entire Bihar, severe shortage of ICU during Corona period

The cases of corona infection are increasing steadily. In Bihar, the recovery rate has dropped by 7 percent in 14 days. ICU and ventilator beds have also been filled in many private hospitals including PMCH, Patna AIIMS, and NMCH. The ICU reserved for corona patients in these three medical college hospitals is 85% and the ventilator beds are 90% filled. At the same time, about 30% of the beds of the normal ICU are empty. Nearly 700 patients have been admitted in the last two weeks at PMCH, NMCH, and Patna AIIMS. On average, between 13 and 18 new patients are admitted daily in all three hospitals, and the same number of old patients are recovering and getting discharged. So far, 1616 patients have died of corona in Bihar, while 498 people have lost their lives in Patna. On Wednesday, the government announced an increase in the number of beds for corona patients in large private hospitals in Patna. It is a matter of concern that when this is the condition of Patna, the capital of Bihar, Mangal Pandey has not been able to answer the arrangements for treatment of corona infected in the rest of the state.

What did Mangal Pandey do to improve the health system in the last year?

Since 2005, the BJP and JDU together have been running the NDA government in Bihar continuously (except for about two and a half years in between). It is worth noting that during this period Nitish Kumar has been the Chief Minister and on most occasions, the Ministry of Health has been with BJP leaders Giriraj Singh, Ashwini Choubey, Mangal Pandey respectively. All these faces are strong leaders of Bihar BJP. Ashwin Chaubey has also become a minister at the Center, taking the experience of Bihar. Mangal Pandey's previous tenure has also been in controversy, after which Nitish Kumar has once again entrusted him with important health-related tasks in the new government. In this long tenure, what steps the government has taken to improve the health system of Bihar, have been seen in pictures of doctors swimming in a hospital-like NMCH, pigs roaming around in DMCH, riding in a hospital in Supaul, traveling on a pact.

Bihar's health system is good in the eyes of Nitish Kumar!

CM Nitish Kumar was counting his 20-year achievement during the entire election campaign in last year's assembly elections, in the fact that more patients have started reaching the OPDs of government health centers. More than a year has passed since the Corona crisis, but what steps have been taken in Bihar to face it also needs to be considered.

Will the health system of Bihar improve with just the building?

Before the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 77 health schemes worth 2 thousand 814 crores on 22 September. In this, all the plans of almost everyone were connected with the building. Earlier, Nitish Kumar inaugurated the Infant Intensive Care Unit (Piku) in Muzaffarpur. In Muzaffarpur, it was necessary for children suffering from chlamydia fever. Nitish Kumar often says that before 2006 there were hospitals in Bihar but there was no treatment. Now when people start coming to the hospital, the hospital and the doctors are gasping because the medical infrastructure inside the hospital is negligible according to the crowd.

When will the medicine be supplied by the doctors?

A budget of Rs 13,264 crore has been allotted to the Health Department in the year 2021-22. Out of which 6,900 crores will be spent on the schemes, while 6,300 crores will be used for health-related construction works. Such important areas have been ignored in the budget, which needs this amount more. These include recruitment of doctors, supply of medicines, and improvement of health facilities in rural areas. Meaning that it is difficult to defeat Corona from the budget that has been allotted.

'Pandey Ji was asking cricket scorecard in the meeting on the death of children

Mangal Pandey's tenure as Health Minister has been in controversy before. In the year 2018, more than 162 children died due to Encephalitis Acute Syndrome (AES), ie, Fever fever, at Sri Krishna Medical College in Muzaffarpur. A meeting with the central team was going on over the death of the children. During this time, Mangal Pandey was seen asking for the scorecard of the cricket match. The video of this incident went viral during that time.

Pig has seen walking in DMCH

Darbhanga Medical College (DMCH) is on its way to becoming AIIMS. But here pigs and dogs were openly seen roaming in the ward. Bihar's poor health system was widely criticized for this incident too. Apart from this, last year, doctors were seen riding on a handcart in the Covid Care Center in the Public Rest House of Ward No. 12 of Nagar Panchayat of Supaul District. In the rain, the campus of Covid Care Center was flooded with more than one knee. During that time too many questions were raised on Mangal Pandey.

Mangal Pandey is one of the special faces of the Nitish cabinet

Mangal Pandey is considered the youth leader of Bihar BJP. Mangal Pandey is believed to have the hand of former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi. This is the reason why he was shocked when he was suddenly made the president of Bihar BJP. At this time Mangal Pandey has become an important part of the Nitish cabinet as his representative after Sushil Kumar Modi went to Rajya Sabha. The nation knows how strong Nitish Kumar and Sushil Modi's friendship is in the last 20 years. Now it has to be seen what steps Mangal Pandey takes to improve the health system of Bihar even after so many attacks by the opposition.
