The statement of Balkaur Singh, father of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala, has re-highlighted a 2014 post by singer Mankirat Aulakh. However, he did not mention Mankirat Aulakh's name anywhere in his statement. Apart from this, he has appreciated the decision of the Punjab government to take strictness but has also asked to show the consequences of strictness.

Sidhu Musewala's father Balkaur Singh launched a signature campaign for justice for his son's death on Sunday itself, but at the same time, he also appreciated the decision taken by the Punjab government against the gun culture. He says that the Punjab government has taken strict action, but its results should also be visible. After this, he also demanded action against the singers who have been in jail and talked about meeting many close to Lawrence.

Mankirat Aulakh reached Ropar jail in December 2014.

Balkaur Singh has said that he also knows singers who have sung for Lawrence in jail. It is written in his posts that Lawrence is his brother. In this statement, Balkaur Singh did not take the name of Mankirat Aulakh but reminded him of his post dated 29 December 2014. Mankirat Aulakh had come to Ropar Jail by setting up an amphitheater.

posted on Instagram

Mankirat Aulakh also shared the post on Instagram in 2014. In which he was seen singing songs inside the jail. Along with this, he wrote in his post that he has done a lot of shows, but put on such a show for the first time. The show was by Lawrence Bishnoi. Also, God bless his friend and everyone should come out. The show was sponsored by Vicky Middukheda, who was close to Lawrence.

Also told them to show WhatsApp chat

Balkaur Singh said that if the government asks, he can also show such a chat in which many singers are talking about meeting Lawrence's close friends. Will the government take action against such singers? If he does, he will show it.
