Because of the deteriorating situation of Covid in the state, Chief Minister Yogi has issued orders to end the system of weekly bandh on Sunday. Now all markets will open in UP from Sunday. Chief Minister Yogi said that necessary guidelines have been issued in this regard. Apart from this, instructions have been issued by CM Yogi to strictly follow the corona protocol. Along with this, strict action has been directed against those who are negligent. The curfew will remain in force from 10 pm to 6 am.

To control Covid, along with aggressive tracing, testing, and treatment, Uttar Pradesh has implemented the policy of rapid vaccination. So far, more than 07 crores 01 lakh 69 thousand Covid samples have been tested in the state, so more than 06 crore 24 lakh vaccines have been administered. More than 05 crores 26 lakh people have received at least one dose of the vaccine, while the number of people receiving both doses will soon cross one crore. Reserve a Saturday for the second dose of the vaccine.

With effective control over the second wave of corona due to continuous efforts, life is rapidly returning to normal. Today, in 15 districts of the state (Aligarh, Amethi, Badaun, Basti, Deoria, Farrukhabad, Hamirpur, Hardoi, Hathras, Kasganj, Mahoba, Mirzapur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Shravasti, and Shamli) there is not a single patient of Covid left. Today this district is free from covid infection. On average, more than 2.5 lakh tests are being done every day, while the positivity rate remains 0.01 and the recovery rate is 98.6 percent. In the testing of 02 lakh 33 thousand 350 samples done in the last 24 hours, not a single new case of infection was found in 58 districts, while patients were found in unit digit in 17 districts. At present, the number of active Covid cases in the state has come down to 408. This is the time to exercise caution and caution. A little carelessness can become a factor in increasing the infection.

The mantra of tracing, testing, and quick treatment is yielding good results. In the last 24 hours, 26 new patients were confirmed in the testing. In the same period, 23 patients were healthy and discharged. So far, 16 lakh 85 thousand 877 residents of the state have become healthy after getting rid of corona infection. To further improve this situation, all necessary arrangements should be made following the policy of trace, test, and treat.

Dengue patients have been confirmed in some districts. All necessary arrangements should be made by the Health, Urban Development, and Rural Development Department as per the requirement. Pay special attention to sanitation and the availability of pure drinking water. People should also be made aware of the prevention of dengue.

In some districts including Gorakhpur and Siddharthnagar, normal life is still affected due to the situation of flood/excess rain. Arrangements should be made for the security and maintenance of every person. There should be no delay in providing relief material. Continuous monitoring of the water level of rivers should be done because of rains. NDRF, SDRF, and disaster management teams should be kept in active mode for 24 hours.

Rapid work is going on for self-reliance in the field of oxygen generation. So far, 329 out of the proposed 555 plants have become functional. The process of setting up the remaining under-construction plant should be completed expeditiously.
