On Tuesday, 62 thousand 146 people were discharged from the hospital. The number of active patients has also crossed 8 lakh. Meaning there are 8 lakh 972 patients who are undergoing treatment. So far 66 thousand 460 patients have died due to infection. 1,027 infected died within 24 hours.

 

Pune becomes the most infected city in the country

 

Pune has become the most affected city in the country in terms of infection. Pune overtook Delhi with over 1.75 lakh infected. Pune ranked fifth on the list of infected cities with 91,903 patients in early August. But, in a month, the maximum number of patients here increased to 83 thousand.

Once the most infected, only 20 thousand active patients remain in Mumbai and 15,000 in Delhi. Active patients in Pune have grown rapidly during the last few weeks. The Delhi High Court has ordered the Corona Test facility to be started at bus bases for people coming from outside in the capital. Delhi government will have to start this facility within 7 days.

 

State of five states

 

1. Madhya Pradesh

 

The state received 1,525 new cases of infection on Tuesday. So far, the report of 65 thousand 490 people has come positive. Of these, 49 thousand 992 people have been cured, while 1,426 patients have died. Currently, 14 thousand 72 infected people are being treated.

 

2. Rajasthan.

 

There were 1,470 new Corona positive cases in Rajasthan on Tuesday. Now the total infectious figures reached 83 thousand 163. At the same time, 13 people also died. Among them, 2-2 were killed in Jodhpur, Kota, Sirohi, Jaipur, and Ajmer, 1-1 in Barmer, Bikaner, and Dholpur.
