NASA's Space-X Crew-6 mission postponed: Rocket engine malfunctioned 2 minutes before launching, now will fly tomorrow at 12:15 pm

The launch of NASA's Space-X Crew-6 mission has been postponed. According to reports, the launch of the Space-X Falcon-9 rocket (Dragon Endeavour) has been stopped due to engine failure. Now it will launch from Kennedy Space Center No. 39A in Florida in the US late Monday at 1:45 pm (around 12:45 pm on Tuesday Indian time).

Space-X said in a statement – Crew-6 has not been launched due to a malfunction of the TEA-TEB ground system. Space-X's Falcon-9 rocket will deliver four astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS). This will be the sixth operational crew flight of Elon Musk's Space-X. This will include 2 astronauts from NASA, 1 from Russia, and one from UAE.

Astronauts will do research for 6 months

This crew of Astronauts will remain on the ISS for 6 months. Here astronauts will test heart muscle tissue, a bioprinter capable of printing human cells and tissue in microgravity. Along with this, he will also do research on drug manufacturing technology.

NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Warren Woody Hoberg are among the four passengers of the Crew-6 mission. At the same time, UAE astronaut Sultan Alneyadi and cosmonaut Andrey Fadeev of Russia's space agency Roscosmos are also there.

Alneyadi will become the fourth UAE astronaut and the first UAE astronaut to go on a long-term space mission. They have been selected under an agreement between NASA and Exium Space at the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center (MBRSC).
