According to the police, the woman, a resident of the Pathardi Phata area, hanged herself at around 9.30 pm on Monday. Earlier, he had allegedly strangled his son to death as he was not studying online. Because of this, the woman was very angry. The woman's parents were present in the house when both the incidents happened.
Police said they also found a suicide note near the bodies of the mother-son duo. It said that no one should be held responsible for his death.

On the other hand, a 15-year-old teenager, angry over being scolded for studying, allegedly strangled her mother to death with a karate belt. The girl tried to call it a case of accidental death. The incident took place on July 30 in the Airoli area of Navi Mumbai. But the police gave this information on Tuesday.
Parents wanted to make daughter a doctor
Rawale police station official said that the girl's parents wanted her to become a doctor, so she got admission to coaching classes to prepare for the NEET exam. The girl did not want to study medicine, so there was often an argument with her mother.
On July 27, the girl was scolded by her father for playing games on her mobile phone, due to which she went to the house of a relative who lived nearby, the official said. When the girl's mother went to call her there, the girl said that she was being harassed for her studies. She will file a police complaint against the parents.

According to the official, on July 30, the woman once again scolded the daughter for her studies and during this time the woman allegedly threatened the girl with a knife. He said that the girl, frightened after seeing the knife, pushed the woman, causing her head to hit the corner of furniture.
The woman then tried to grab the karate belt lying nearby in an unconscious state, but the girl grabbed the belt and allegedly strangled her to death. When the police questioned the girl based on suspicion, she confessed to the crime. Police have registered a case against the girl under section 302 of IPC and took her into custody.
