NEP 2020: Big announcement of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan – True history of India will be taught from Vasant Panchami

NEP 2020 Indian History Corrected: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that students across the country will be taught the correct version of Indian history under the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) from Vasant Panchami in the coming new year. All preparations have been done for this. Pradhan was addressing a program jointly organized by the Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR) and the RSS-affiliated All India Itihaas Sankalp Yojana at Gopal Narayan Singh University in Jamuhar in Sasaram district of Bihar on Tuesday.

 

Books republished with new creations

Union Minister Pradhan said that the books are being re-published with new creations and these books will provide clarity about India to the world. Students across the country will be taught the correct version of Indian history under the National Education Policy from January 26, 2023, on the occasion of Vasant Panchami. The new National Education Policy will provide us with many opportunities to understand our true history, languages, and culture.

 

Books will also be available in digital mode

He said that the mother tongue has been given priority in the new National Education Policy. Providing education without giving priority to the mother tongue is futile. Pradhan said that we should give a new global perspective to the ancient culture and civilization of India in the 21st century. Books are being republished with new creations. These books will give clarity about India to the world. These books will also be available in digital mode.
