The sheet of water on Niagara Falls turned into ice

Due to the temperature going below zero degrees, the sheet of water in Niagara Falls has turned into ice. Due to this the view there has become like a wonderland. Tourists are going there and sharing pictures even in the bitter cold. The world's tallest waterfall never freezes completely due to the large expanse of water.

Niagara Falls's temperature was -12 degrees 9 years ago

According to the New York State Park, 3160 tons of water flows through Niagara Falls every second. Which falls at the rate of 32 feet per second. 9 years ago in 2014 the water of the spring also became ice in the air. Due to the temperature being -12 degrees, the river further on was completely frozen. The ice in the river was harvested by icebreaker boats. So that the flow of water remains. However, in some places, the ice had become so strong that it was difficult to break it.

Till now Niagara Falls has accumulated only for the 7th time.

The flow of Niagara Falls is so fast that it has accumulated only for the 7th time in history so far. After freezing for the first time in 1848, this waterfall was also frozen in 1911, 1912, 1917, 2014, and 2015.
