Nirbhaya case: made jail staff guilty, changed clothes and took them to the hanging house, then dummy trial took place

There is only a short time left for the hanging of Nirbhaya's convicts. Meanwhile, in the Tihar Jail on Wednesday morning, Pawan Jallad tried to hang him with a dummy. For this, the executioner had inspected the hanging house as soon as he reached the jail on Tuesday evening, as well as measured the throat of the culprits.

This time the help of jail staff was taken for the execution of the hanging. Four jail staff were groomed this morning as convicts. Then the rest of the process was done with them, which would be with the culprits on the day of execution. They were brought to the hanging house within the stipulated time, after which the executioner hanged the dummy of the real culprits and hanged them.

It is known that the four convicts of Nirbhaya, Mukesh Singh, Pawan Gupta, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Singh are to be hanged on March 20. For this, the bar executioner has been called to jail three days before the date of execution. The executioner reached the Tihar Jail from Meerut on Tuesday afternoon.

Earlier on Tuesday too, Mukesh ran a bet to postpone his execution, which failed. Mukesh had filed a petition in the High Court through advocate ML Sharma. It claimed that he was arrested on 17 December 2012 from Rajasthan. He was not even at the scene of the incident at the time of the incident. In such a case, he is not guilty in this case. However, this argument has also been rejected by the court.

On the other hand, the mother of the convicted Mukesh Kumar also requested the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Tuesday to ban his execution. However, the Aayog rejected the demand, saying that it was out of its jurisdiction.

Earlier, the convict Mukesh's lawyer AP Singh appealed to the NHRC. He then told reporters that we have demanded a ban on the March 20 hanging, because it is a murder of justice.

Executioner's corona investigation as soon as he reaches jail

The executioner, who arrived in Tihar Jail on Tuesday, had to undergo a Corona investigation to nab the thieves of Nirbhaya on the gallows. He was examined with a thermal scanner and other physical examinations before going inside the jail. Official sources in the jail say that the executioner is completely healthy.
