nirbhaya case: The Delhi High Court has directed the Tihar Jail Administration on the plea of ​​a media house that it should take a decision on Thursday by taking into consideration all the facts as per the law whether the media house can interview Nirbhaya's culprits. In fact, a media house had sought permission from the Tihar administration on February 25 to interview Nirbhaya's convicts, which was rejected by the jail authorities.

After that, the said media house challenged the Tihar Jail administration to reject his application in the Delhi High Court and sought permission to interview the four convicts of Nirbhaya before hanging. In the petition, it has been claimed that the purpose behind the interview of Nirbhaya's convicts is to give a message to the society in future.

Pawan Gupta, one of the four convicts in the Nirbhaya case, has severely accused two policemen of Mandoli jail for assault. Doshi Pawan approached a court in Delhi to register a case against both the policemen. The court has sought answers from the jail administration on Pawan's plea. The court has listed the case for Thursday.

Hanging on March 20 at 5:30 p.m.

It may be noted that the Patiala House Court of Delhi has issued a death warrant to hang the four convicts (Vinay Kumar Sharma, Pawan Kumar Gupta, Mukesh Singh and Akshay Kumar Singh), according to which, Tihar Jail at 5:30 am on March 20 In number 3, the four convicts will be hanged together.

Three more death warrants have been issued

Let us tell you that before this, three more death warrants have been issued to hang the four convicts, this is the fourth death warrant. Meanwhile, the convicts have started running the maneuvers to avoid hanging by filing separate petitions.
