"As permission was not given by district and police administration, the organisation (ABHM) did not install Godse's statue anywhere in Tamil Nadu," Panneerselvam told the state assembly.
He said the situation is being keenly watched by the government.
Panneerselvam said ABHM had announced to install Godse's statue nationwide Jan 30.
