The two sides will hold a virtual meeting in the coming days to further strengthen India-UK relations.
Earlier, the opposition Labor Party also urged Johnson to postpone the Sunday visit to India. The opposition party said that the Indian variant with double mutants has been found in Britain. It is being verified. They should postpone the journey now.
